Why am I interested in Internal Communication?

Well, when I started my Master in Corporate Communication I promised myself to be open towards all the different areas of CorpCom. But still, I believe that there is still a lot to do to motivate employees and include them in the flow of information – and not just sending them eMails with animated Emoticons.
